We fill the chair, not the funnel
mhp.si Health markets dental groups and DSOs around filling chair time, not building funnels. We target case starts and multi-location acquisition cost using local search, answer engine optimization, reputation management and content, then report results the way partners actually track them: production per chair, case acceptance and cost per new patient by location.

The chair is the scarce asset
An open chair on a Thursday afternoon is production that never comes back. Every practice tracks this internally and almost none markets to it directly. We build campaigns around filling specific chair time and specific procedure lines, at each location, rather than generating generic new patient volume across a brand.
We measure production, not patient count
Case acceptance and production per chair matter more than raw new patient count. A single high-value implant case can outweigh a dozen hygiene-only visits. Our campaigns are built around case value first, then volume, and every location's numbers roll up separately so you can see what is working and where.

One content plan, every location
Multi-location dental groups need content that works across every office without producing it fifty separate times. We run this as a co-op model: shared content, localized for each location's search demand. Outside dentistry, we run a comparable model nationally for Neurolens, where participating practices enrolled in the co-op sell an average of 17 pairs per month against 6 for non-participants, across 130+ enrolled practices. We cite it here because the mechanics of the co-op model, not the product, are what DSOs ask us about.
Neurolens
Neurolens is a technology and lens provider serving optometry and ophthalmology practices in the US and Canada. Its national co-op model is relevant to multi-location dental and physician groups.

Reviews are the last step before booking
By the time a patient is choosing between two dental groups in the same market, reviews are usually the deciding factor, not the ad that brought them there. Reputation management runs alongside acquisition, not after it, so the review volume and quality are already in place before the paid traffic arrives.
Common questions
How is this different from brand marketing for our practice?
We do not build campaigns around visibility for its own sake. Every campaign is built around a specific chair, a specific procedure line and a case acceptance number you can take to your partners.
We already get patients from referrals and word of mouth. Why change anything?
Referral and word of mouth volume is real, but it is not something you control directly, and it does not scale the same way across new locations. This adds a channel you control alongside what you already have.
Can this work across multiple locations under one DSO?
Yes. This is the model built for multi-location groups specifically: one strategy and one content plan, localized and measured separately by location so you can see what each office needs.
We do not have marketing staff. Is that a barrier?
No. Most dental groups we work with do not have in-house marketing. You are not hiring a vendor to manage, you are renting the department.
What does the Capacity and Demand Audit cost?
It is scoped to your group: location count, chair count and case mix. Request a Capacity and Demand Audit and we will return a fixed scope and price before any work begins.
