A 1972 agency that learned healthcare the long way.

mhp.si Health is the healthcare marketing practice of mhp.si — a strategy-forward, data-driven, full-service TraDigital™ agency headquartered in Little Rock since 1972. We have spent decades inside regulated, high-stakes categories where the marketing has to answer to a CFO and a compliance officer in the same meeting. Healthcare is where that habit pays off.

why a healthcare practice

Healthcare does not behave like other categories, so we stopped treating it like one.

Patients decide under stress, locally and often in a hurry. Referring physicians decide on trust. Boards decide on contribution margin. A campaign has to satisfy all three, stay inside HIPAA and still be legible to finance. That is a specific discipline — so we staffed one rather than stretching a general team across it.

what makes the practice different

A specific discipline.

Strategy First, Since 1972

We were among the first agencies in the region to build a dedicated strategic communications planning discipline, and we founded MarketSearch, an independently managed research subsidiary.

TraDigital™ By Default

Broadcast, CTV, streaming audio, search, social and programmatic display planned as one system. Patients do not separate channels, so neither do the plans.

Regulated-Category Fluency

Banking, government, legal and healthcare. We are used to legal review, procurement and brand standards that are not negotiable.

Research In-House

Market research capability we own, not a vendor we brief. Positioning gets tested before it gets bought.

Google Premier Partner

2026. Top tier of the partner program, which is a performance threshold rather than a badge you request.

how we got here

A long way to healthcare.

1972 — Mangan Rains Ginnaven

Founded in Little Rock as Mangan Rains Ginnaven Associates, later MRGH.

the discipline — Planning, then MarketSearch

A dedicated strategic planning practice, and an independently managed research subsidiary to feed it.

three offices — Little Rock to Dallas–Fort Worth

Offices in Little Rock, Bentonville and Dallas–Fort Worth, with clients across North America.

today — mhp.si Health

A named healthcare practice: strategists, media, analytics and creative with deep experience in the category.

what we value

intelligence. intensity. impact.

intelligence

We are curious before we are certain. Research, market data and your own numbers come before the recommendation — and we will show you the work behind it.

intensity

Goal-driven and persistent. We chase the outcome you hired us for, not the deliverable list, and we say so when something is not working.

impact

Appointments, cases, applications, donors. We report the result that changes your business, then the marketing metrics that explain it.

purpose

We positively impact our clients' businesses through constantly innovating our own.

Our stated purpose, and the reason the agency has been rebuilt more than once in fifty years. The category changes; the obligation to move your numbers does not.

who you work with

Healthcare marketing experience, in-house and agency-side.

Our leadership team did not learn healthcare marketing by working with health systems from the outside. They also bring agency-side healthcare experience, including Mark Samber's work as VP of Digital Strategy at MERGE, a healthcare agency, with Benefis, Munson, Valley Children's and VCU Health. That is the difference between a vendor who studied your industry and a colleague who used to have your job.
